Westport Ale House is teaming up with Martin City Brewery to bring you a unique tasting experience guaranteed to please.

For $45, beer- and food-lovers alike can be privy to a four-course meal and four full pours of Martin City’s local brews on Wednesday, June 13. Social hour begins at 6 p.m., when guests can enjoy the open-air, rooftop view of Westport Ale House while they indulge in their first offering from Martin City, accompanied by some of our most popular hors d’oeuvres.

Once seated at 6:50 p.m., guests will enjoy the remaining three courses tailored to the offered beer selections. Any additional beverages beyond a guest’s ticketed allowance can also be purchased for $3 a pour before, during and after the meal.

Here is the menu for the event:

Welcome Beer and 1st Course: Old Glory Pilsner – Shrimp Cocktail: Clamato, valentina sauce, tomato, onion, cilantro, garnished with celery.
*Note: For an alternative to fish, there will be a table set up with charcuterie plates, salad, and hummus. These plates will be excellent with this beer.

After being seated at 6:50pm

2nd Course: Hard Way IPA – Cumin carrot puree, summer local farmer veggies, braised pork belly, garnished with safron.

3rd Course: Abbey-Belgian Style Ale – Danish BBQ ribs, tater tots with cheddar inside, summer local farmer greens slaw with cucumber/dill dressing.

4th Course: Poitier – Brandy Barrel Aged Tripel – House-made fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream, garnished with caramel syrup.

*Cancellations must be made at least seven days in advance of the event (on or before June 6) to obtain a full refund. To enter the tasting and dinner, holders of online tickets must either print out their email confirmation or present the confirmation on their phone on the day of the event.
